Wir suchen einen engagierten Werkstudenten zur Unterstützung unseres Influencer-Marketing-Teams im deutschsprachigen Markt. Du wirst bei der Verwaltung von Kooperationen helfen, passende Partner identifizieren und wertvolle Beziehungen aufbauen. Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung im Influencer Marketing: Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Influencer-Kooperationen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit.
Sourcing: Identifikation potenzieller Influencer und Bewertung ihrer Eignung anhand von Zielgruppen- und Performance-Analysen.
Kommunikation: Pflege bestehender Influencer-Beziehungen und Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Kooperationspartner.
Content-Management: Koordination und Überwachung der Content-Erstellung mit Influencern, um eine konsistente Markendarstellung sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil / Your Profile

Du bist derzeit in Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich eingeschrieben und kannst 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten.
Starkes Interesse an Social Media und ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle Trends im Influencer-Marketing.
Exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Fristen einzuhalten.
Proaktive und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit.

Your mission

About the Role

We're looking for a working student to support our Influencer Marketing Team in the German-speaking market. You'll help manage collaborations, identify partners, and build strong connections. Join us in shaping our brand’s digital presence and impact.

About the Team

You'll play a significant role at Les Lunes in promoting the brand's mission, values, and products. Our main focuses are on resource-efficient production, stylish elegance, and feeling comfortable in your skin. As a member of our Growth Team, you can actively contribute to the successful growth of our company and make our products accessible to a wider audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support in Influencer Marketing: Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness and reach.
Sourcing: Identify potential influencers and evaluate their suitability based on audience analysis and performance metrics.
Communication: Maintain relationships with existing influencers and support in acquiring new partners.
Content Management: Support in coordinating and overseeing content creation with influencers to ensure alignment with our brand values.

Your profile

Criteria of Evaluation

Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, with availability to work 20 hours per week.
Strong interest in social media and a good understanding of current trends in influencer marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proactive and independent working style, with a passion for teamwork.
