Roles and Responsibilities

Implement ROI-Driven Strategies: Apply your expert knowledge of influencer marketing KPIs to implement an ROI-driven approach for influencer and partnership activities.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage a monthly 6-figure budget, making data-driven decisions to achieve performance goals and maximize impact.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our high-performing Influencer Marketing team, fostering their professional growth and success.
Innovative Vision: Develop and execute an innovative influencer marketing vision to attract new customers and retain existing ones across various social media platforms.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with brand, performance, and CRM departments to ensure influencer marketing efforts align with overall company goals and initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competition analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Your profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, experience in a leadership role is ideal.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful influencer marketing strategies.
Experience managing substantial marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
Utilize your deep understanding of the influencer landscape and content niches across different channels in the DACH region.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be fluent in both German and English
