About the Role
As VP of Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing our key activities that directly influence Les Lunes' market presence and drive the organization's expansion strategies. This includes managing our E-commerce platforms alongside various platforms, with Marketing as one of the key pillars. Additionally, you´ll play a critical role in identifying new opportunities for business growth reporting directly to the CEO. Your role will be crucial in executing strategic marketing campaigns and leveraging data analytics to drive consumer awareness and adoption of our responsible fashion approach.
Responsibilities include the development of performance-driven marketing strategies, oversight of digital and influencer marketing initiatives as well as developing new approaches to sharpen the brand Identity. This position provides an opportunity to apply your skills in a setting that values innovation, measurable impact, and the advancement of fashion e-commerce practices.

Through strategic data-driven decision-making and adept steering of digital channels, we craft compelling campaigns that authentically communicate our brand's values. Our aim is not only to influence our industry but also to ignite positive change globally.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibility for revenues, growth, CM II contribution, significant marketing budgets, as well as strategic expansion of the marketing mix.
Ownership of our marketing budget to achieve revenue growth, channel, and country expansion, while securing significant ROI.
Development and implementation of growth strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, focusing on both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability
Adoption of data-driven decision-making processes across the organization, utilizing market insights, customer data, and performance metrics.
Management of marketing channels, including Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, and CRM, along with oversight of marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and product launch strategies.
Development of our sales channels, including our webshops, Apps, and Marketplaces (such as Zalando, About you, Breuninger…).
Cross-functional collaboration with product teams and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and product development.
Leadership and development of the Growth and E-Commerce department, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
